| Hello, and WELCOME to the Internet home of Foxfire Rod &
Gun. Foxfire Rod & Gun first began business in September 1987, operating
from my residence in Chesterfield County, Virginia, as Foxfire Arms Company.
The emphasis then was on modern & military small arms circa 1875 to 1975.
After exhibiting at gun shows throughout Virginia from 1987 to 1995, the
opportunity to place the business in a storefront became available in late
1995. From then thru the end of 1997 the business operated from Colonial
Heights, Virginia as a retail sporting goods store. After the storefront
business was sold, Foxfire Arms Company evolved into Foxfire Armory, which
once again was operated from my home. At this point, the emphasis changed to
focus on customer special orders. As the business direction took several
turns and my interests changed, as well as that of my customer base, I began
to include vintage fishing equipment and to focus on collectable firearms of
all types. Thus, Foxfire Armory slowly evolved into Foxfire Rod & Gun,
specializing in vintage fishing equipment, primarily rods and reels, and
collectable firearms. |

I am very glad that you have chosen to visit my website and
encourage you to explore all of the offerings I have listed. The online
inventory will be small at first; however, as time passes, it will grow.
Quality will remain very high. If an item needs repair, or is sold for parts
only, this will be clearly stated in the item description. Trades are
acceptable and will be considered on an individual basis.
At Foxfire Rod & Gun, items for sale are described as accurately and with as
much detail as possible. This will prevent the customer from any unwanted
surprises upon the arrival of their purchase. Items are priced as fairly as
possible. I am willing to do whatever I possibly can, within reason, to have
each customer satisfied with their purchase. My terms of business insure
every customer has a choice of options if they are not fully satisfied with
any item purchased.
